Phosphate Education and Research Learning Center, Bartow, Florida. The center is located on FIPR’s eight-acre campus, which was reclaimed from a phosphate mining site, and will provide essential K-12 education and outreach programs intended to bring the “phosphate story” into the context of the educational curriculum.

Howard Avenue and Morrison Avenue Parking (SoHo District), Tampa, Florida. The parking area is located beneath the Expressway within walking distance of the growing South Howard (SoHo district).
